Post it backWe'll send the return address within one business day. Pack the pieces in their original box and use a tracked service.

Get refundedAs soon as your parcel reaches us, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

ConditionUnworn and undamaged, in the original box and pouch.
Return postageYours to cover, with the carrier of your choice. A tracked service is worth it.
ExchangesSend the original back for a refund and order the new piece whenever you like. It arrives sooner than a swap would.
Faulty or wrong itemsEmail us within 14 days with a photo. We cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Original shippingNot included in the refund, unless the return is down to a mistake on our side.
EarringsReturnable while unworn and the packaging seal is intact. A hygiene rule we can't bend.
Sale and personalised piecesDiscounted pieces follow the same 30 days. Engraved and made-to-order pieces are returnable only if faulty.
GiftsThe refund returns to whoever placed the order. Tell us and we'll handle it discreetly.
